A couple of years ago, I made this ring:
I named it Hypnotic, because the swirl in the middle reminds me of those old time cartoon shows where the bad guy was always trying to hypnotize people by having them look into a spinning spiral.
I remember that this ring sold within an hour of my listing it, and I was just ecstatic! :)
A couple of weeks ago the lovely lady who bought it contacted me and told me it was time for a new hypnotic ring. As cute as the original design was, the petals didn't hold up to long term wear. I suggested a bit of a revamp on the original design. Something that would give the overall feel of the original design, but a ring that would hold up to long term wear.
Check it out! 2 years later and I'm still using the same rock in my pics! Ha! I didn't even notice it until I started gathering together the photos for this blog post. ;)
Anyway, I am pleased with the design and the construction. It was really fun to revamp this ring!
In other business news, I have quite a few new pieces to add to the shop. I will begin taking photos in a couple of hours, and will be updating the shop starting this evening and finishing up tomorrow!
